the location was excellent. it was right beside the metro and bus station. the coffee provided in the room tasted amazing!!! the rooms were always very clean.
the hallways sometimes got a little noisy late at night.

The location allowed easy access to many attractions. the staff was helpful and responsive to all my requests. i also appreciated the smooth and efficient check-in process. There was a queue, but it moved swiftly. i stayed in a historic one suite, and it was comfortable and spacious.
unfortunately, the room service breakfast was not excellent. it seems a third-party provides it, and the quality did not match the rest of the hotel's standards. i would consider ordering from elsewhere next time.

the location is great, its close to a lot of things. i liked that staff helped me with my bags, i enjoyed the little history they told me of the area. it. my trip was more enjoyable because of warm greetings at the door.
i booked a room with a kitchenette. i noticed my room dont had no toaster on arrival. i asked like three times for them to send one to the room, nothing came.

Matthew provided really good service. He assisted with our luggage and offered local insights. the hotel features a beautiful lobby. my room was quite spacious. i appreciated the balcony and the in-room kitchen facilities.
i found that the front desk was not very responsive to my requests .
